這次將教授大家如何製作宇治抹茶甜脆撻底,配上青檸檬味道香滑芝士内餡,搭配一顆顆原粒時令香印提子,上面蓋上一層白酒金箔透明果凍面紗,每一口都充滿果香和清新香氣。

This brand new French Pâtisserie Baking Workshop will show you how to make an hotel-like, elegant & refreshing dessert.

We will share the technique of baking a crisp Uji Matcha pâte sucrée tart shell, with smooth and refreshing lime flavour soft cheese filling, top with lustrous & juicy SHINE MUSCAT GRAPES & a white wine & edible gold leaf jelly decoration.
