This class will guide you through the whole process in making a classic French dessert - Mont Blanc with a new combination.
A moist & fluffy honey lemon sponge cake, with Japanese Hojicha milk pudding and vanilla bean chantilly cream, top with smooth chestnut cream and candied chestnut.
The technique in how to make a decent cake from scratch and how to decorate perfectly.

Let’s enjoy the new combination of a traditional french dessert!

We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box and bag.
Suggested packaging box size: 8”(L) x 8”(W) x 6”(H).
