GF一向給人的感覺是健康飲食，或是只對麩質有敏感的人的專屬食物，其實做得好吃也可以化身成豐富口感和味道的健康甜點！
*此課堂使用果仁和其他無麩質穀物等材料製作。

This class will show you how to make an elegant French pâtisserie without using any FLOUR.
This creative dessert, "Black Sesame Opera Cake," is gluten-free.
It departs from the traditional opera cake flavor, transforming it into a rich black sesame taste, allowing you to savor the intense sesame aroma in every bite. It will definitely change your perception of gluten-free desserts!

建議同學自備環保袋帶走包裝盒。
同學可自備不少於 7”闊 x 10”長 x 6”深的保鮮盒。
教室也有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買。
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box.
