這次將教會大家製作一道最經典、也是法國家庭的家常菜「法式紅酒燉牛肉」
由原材料開始教會大家如何烹調，還會教授製作英國傳統美食 — 香蒜約克郡布丁，雖然叫布丁但口感卻像麵包外脆內軟，是非常適合搭配紅酒燉牛肉一起享用的美味佳餚， 熬煮過程會讓整個廚房香味四溢，Bon appétit！

This Baking Workshop will guide you step by step in how to make the traditional French Cuisine ~ Le bœuf Bourguignon from raw ingredients!
We will also teach you how to make another traditional Bristish popular food “Garlic Yorkshire Pudding”, a bread like treat which is a perfect combination to serve with the Le bœuf Bourguignon!

*Students are welcome to bring their own cooler bag or studio has cooler bag for student to purchase.

包裝盒／Packaging：
請同學自備包裝盒、包裝袋及環保袋等帶走製成品。
教室有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買
包裝盒建議尺寸：10“長 x 7”闊 x 4“高
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box and bag.
Suggested packaging box size: 10”(L) x 7”(W) x 4”(H).
