這次教大家製作加入日式元素、美味又充滿蘿蔔香的蘿蔔糕,内裡加入滿滿的蘿蔔條及各種材料,課堂會教大家由原材料開始,加上簡易製作方法,蒸爐和焗爐都可以製作,最適合新年做來宴請親朋好友!
課堂還會教大家製作簡易版惹味海鮮XO醬,快捷又方便的食譜,教你製作專屬於自己口味的XO醬.
由原材料開始教會大家新式料理煮法、醬汁調配、由製作到擺盤到食材搭配,教大家做出精緻的餐桌!

We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
