帶大家走上一場日本茶香之旅。

用上嚴選的高級京都宇治焙茶及抹茶製作出鬆脆薄曲奇,内層分別夾上香濃的宇治焙茶朱古力和日本黑芝麻朱古力夾心,創造出讓人難以抵抗的香滑口感。

課堂還會教授如何製作生朱古力。
生朱古力即是新鮮朱古力,用上優質的材料製作兩款口味:特濃焙茶和黑芝麻,味道濃郁,口感軟糯,入口即化。

This class will guide you through the whole process in making the delicate Uji Hojicha cookies with Hojicha Chocolate filling & Matcha Cookie with Black Sesame Chocolate filling.

We will also demonstrate another new creative recipe - Raw Truffle Chocolate in Hojicha flavor & Black Sesame flavor with these premium ingredients!
