這次課程將法式經典費南雪，結合不同鹹食元素，從配方、烘焙到餡料搭配，一次學會 4 款人氣招牌口味，讓每一口都層次豐富、鹹香平衡。

🥬 菠菜三文魚

課程除了教授費南雪麵糊製作技巧，更會分享食材配搭、烘焙溫度控制，以及如何做出外脆內濕潤的特色鹹味費南雪。

包裝盒／Packaging：
建議同學自備環保袋帶走包裝盒。
同學可自備不少於 8”闊 x 8”長 x 3”深的保鮮盒。
教室也有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買。
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box.
Recommend box size : 8” width x 8” length x 3” depth
