特濃黑朱古力曲奇,内裡包裹著軟糯煙韌的牛奶白玉麻糬,口感既鬆脆又柔軟,加上法國鹽之花提味,讓你忍不住吃完一件又一件。
堂上會教導大家如何處理製作冷藏後也不會變硬的日本白玉麻糬,曲奇麵團和烤焗温度,學會製作出不同口感的曲奇。
另外課堂還會教授製作鬆軟濕潤的海綿蛋糕捲,内部包著煙韌的牛奶白玉麻糬,搭配濃濃的法國栗子及日本紫薯忌廉,每一口都富有多種豐富滋味。

This brand new Pâtisserie Baking Workshop will guide you through the whole process in making a Super Rick Fleur de Sel Dark Chocolate Mochi Cookie. We will show you the technique in making a soft & chewy Japanese mochi and will not be harden after chilled , skill in wrapping mochi inside cookies, and how to handle the cookie dough to achieve DIFFERENT texture of Cookies!
We will also demonstrate another new creative recipe - Chestnut & Purple Sweet Potato Mochi Cake Omelette.
You will learn the skill in how to make a fluffy cake and creamy chestnut & purple sweet potato cream.
