Each tart is made with fresh lemon, with tangy homemade lemon curd and crispy tart shell, this perfect lemon tart will definitely awaken your taste buds!
Guiding you through the whole process on how to make the crispy sweet shortcrust tart shell and velvety lemon curd by yourself from scratchs, demonstrating the making of silky meringue and citron confites, and the technique in piping and torch-fired skills.
