Gluten-free是無麩質的意思,即沒有用到小麥製品的食品。
GF一向給人的感覺是健康飲食,或是只對麩質有敏感的人的專屬食物,其實做得好吃也可以化身成豐富口感和味道的健康甜點!
*此課堂使用果仁和其他無麩質穀物等材料製作。

This class will show you how to make an elegant French pâtisserie without using any FLOUR.
With brown rice flour and other gluten-free ingredients to create a crispy crust base, layer with fresh-made lemon passionfruit curd.
This class will also show you how to make a refreshing lemon flavour cream and Japanese black tea jelly and how to decorate into a fancy DAISY-like dessert!
*Using nuts & other gluten-free grains for this workshop.
