這次將教授大家用上日本焙茶製作原個戚風蛋糕,抺上香滑焙茶忌廉,還會示範教授芝麻脆脆和麻糬糰子,絕對不容錯過。

Chiffon cake is a very light, airy and moist sponge cake, It can be served plain or dabbed a small amount of cream.
This class will show you how to make a Hojicha flavoured chiffon cake with smooth Hojicha cream, perfect for a snack or dessert to share with family and friends.
