法式杏仁脆餅是一種法國傳統甜點,傳說是法國皇帝路易十四在凡爾賽宮宴請義大利的梅迪西家族時,其御用甜點師發明製作的皇家餅乾。
上層香烤的焦糖杏仁配下層的酥脆餅乾,兩度烘烤組合而成,口感香脆濃郁。
堂上亦會示範製作海鹽香草夏威夷果仁曲奇,充滿果仁香,入口鬆化,是茶點及送禮之選。

Sablé Florentin is a traditional French pastry, combination of pate sucree, candied oranges, caramel and sliced almonds, a crunchy and chewy cookie with a unique flavor.
Come bake your own luxurious biscuits at home.
