以黑朱古力、車厘子與柔和酒香作為主軸
重新演繹一套帶有 Boutique Hotel 氛圍的甜點系列。
這次不只是學習甜點製作
而是從味道、色彩、擺盤到整體視覺
完整建立一套屬於 Butteroom 的下午茶美學

我們會一起完成這套屬於大人味道的高級下午茶
從濃厚微苦的黑朱古力、
酒香車厘子、
到鹹甜平衡的鴨胸小撻
把甜點店的 seasonal menu 感覺
慢慢做出來。

課程內容包括：
🍒車厘子氣酒果凍杯
🍒黑朱古力鬆餅配車厘子果醬
🍒特濃黑朱古力車厘子夾心布朗尼蛋糕
🍒開心果車厘子甜撻
🍒鴨胸車厘子醬鹹撻

讓下午茶不只是甜點
而是一種氣氛

*課程主要以廣東話教授並提供中文食譜，如學員需要以其他語言指導或其他語言食譜，需預早向我們查詢。
*All classes and recipes are instructed in Chinese, english version recipe is by enquiry.

*由於水果/材料當造季節不同，導師或會轉換其他水果/材料作為餡料，敬請留意。
*Please note that due to different season, instructor may use other ingredients or fruit for filling without further notice.

每位可帶走五個款式各2件，合計10件

包裝盒／Packaging：
建議同學自備環保袋帶走包裝盒。
同學可自備不少於 8”闊 x 8”長 x 6”深的保鮮盒。
教室也有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買。
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box.
Recommend box size : 8” width x 8” length x 6” depth
