Dacquoise 達克瓦茲是一款經典法國甜點,造型精緻,外層香脆,内裡飽含滿滿的空氣感和堅果香氣。
這次將這款法式甜點演變成清涼的冰凍甜點!內裏放入如雪糕口感的粒粒芒果肉和草莓果肉内餡,外層裏上香脆黑朱古力脆皮,讓你同時享受到多層次的美味。
堂上將教授大家如何成功製作香脆的達克瓦茲餅乾,可當作雪糕享用的芒果和草莓内餡,還有可隨意加上不同配料的黑朱古力脆皮,做出專屬於你的夏日甜點!
