課堂上會教授製作芳香伯爵茶和朱古力味的瑪德蓮蛋糕、手作奶黃餡、還會示範教授另一款全新創作—
海苔肉鬆曲奇,絕對讓你對曲奇的做法再次改觀。

Combining French Pastry with Hong Kong signature Pastry!
This class will guide you through the whole process in making the classic French pastry - MADELEINE in Earl Grey and Dark Chocolate flavour, with handmade signature Custard filling.

We will also demonstrate another new creative recipe - Seaweed Pork Floss Cookies, you will be surprised on the new cookie technique with these special ingredients!
