課堂還會教大家製作三款内餡:
• 香滑栗米濃湯撻
• 忌廉蘑菇濃湯撻
• 香滑法式蛋撻
三種完美口味配搭,還會教大家用酥皮廚餘做出鬆脆小餅乾,保證讓你吃不停口!
由原材料開始教會大家如何烹調,熬煮過程會讓整個廚房香味四溢,Bon appétit!

This brand new Baking Workshop will show you the whole process in making a creative rapid PUFF PASTRY with crunchy and multi layers!! From now on you will not be afraid of making puff pastry anymore, and we will teach you how to use this dough to create a variety of baking ideas!
Except the puff pastry, this workshop will also teach you how to make 3 different treats with different fillings:
• Rich Corn Soup Puff Tart
• Creamy Mushroom Soup Puff Tart
• Egg Custard Puff Tart

*Students are welcome to bring their own cooler bag or studio has cooler bag for student to purchase.

請同學自備包裝盒、包裝袋及環保袋等帶走製成品。
教室有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買
包裝盒建議尺寸:8“長 x 8”闊 x 4“高
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box and bag.
Suggested packaging box size: 8”(L) x 8”(W) x 4”(H).
