用上斑蘭葉製作的戚風蛋糕，加上香滑椰香芒果慕斯，配上新鮮芒果肉和西米内餡，每一口也吃得到濃濃的夏日清新果香氣息！
堂上將教授大家製作斑蘭戚風蛋糕、芒果慕絲及西米内餡，處理斑蘭葉的技巧、烹煮西米的秘訣和蛋糕組裝技巧。

請同學自備包裝盒、包裝袋及環保袋等帶走製成品。
教室有提供一次性包裝用品給同學購買
包裝盒建議尺寸：7“長 x 7”闊 x 6“高
We are trying to cut down on the amount of single use packaging materials.
Participants are encouraged to bring along reusable packing box and bag.
Suggested packaging box size: 7”(L) x 7”(W) x 6”(H).
