Brand New Pâtisserie Creation by Eva Chan
Crunchy, soft, with fresh mango and coconut, a combination of flavours and textures that will arouse your taste!
This class will show you how to transform the classic mango mochi dessert into a french pâtisserie, Eva will also teach you how to make this unique flower-like technique to welcome this summer.
