Gluten-free是無麩質的意思,即沒有用到小麥製品的食品。

這次的食譜完全沒有使用任何麵粉或小麥粉製作,卻仍然保持鬆軟濕潤的蛋糕質感,加上使用香滑濃厚奶香的日本忌廉製作内餡,製作出最經典的日本生乳捲蛋糕,絕對令你對無麩質的甜品重新改觀!
課堂還會教授製作用低温蒸焗法製作的伯爵茶幼滑布丁,滿滿的蛋香加上濃濃的茶香,口感香滑細緻,入口即化。


GF一向給人的感覺是健康飲食,或是只對麩質有敏感的人的專屬食物,其實做得好吃也可以化身成豐富口感和味道的健康甜點!


*此課堂使用果仁和其他無麩質穀物等材料製作。

This class will show you how to  make a classic Japanese roll cake without using any FLOUR and still remain the moist and fluffy texture, filling with a rich Japanese whipping cream , you will be surprised the soften texture of this Gluten-free version!  
This class will also teach you how to make
  a creamy Earl Grey Pudding using oven-steam method, another light and refreshing afternoon treats to share with your family!

*Using nuts & other gluten-free grains for this workshop.
