堂上將教授大家如何製作手指餅乾及兩層濃郁水果味道的草莓和柚子慕斯内餡,親手做一個鬆軟香甜的草莓柚子夏洛特蛋糕回家與家人分享。

*Japanese Fresh Strawberries*

Charlotte cake is a French classic Gâteau, lined with ladyfingers and filled with fruit flavour mousse or filling.
This class will guide you through the whole process in making this classic cake in strawberry and yuzu flavour.
