People say all sorrows are less with bread, and with this Pancetta & Roasted Potato Poolish Bread, all your sorrows will be gone! What’s left will be your desire to finish them all!
The dough itself is super soft due to the poolish technique. With smoked Italian pancetta, buttery roasted potatoes and a specially made cheesy dill sauce as toppings and fillings, this bread is going to be your new daily fuel.
With Iris’ tips and tricks, you can definitely re-bake this delicacy at home without difficulties!
